What are the available delivery methods?
We offer home delivery via specialized courier services, delivery to designated parcel lockers, and free personal pickup at over 300 BENU Pharmacy locations across Hungary.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay securely online using a credit or debit card, via bank transfer, or by cash or card upon delivery (COD). We also accept health insurance fund (Egészségpénztár) cards for eligible products.
Can I return medicinal products?
In accordance with safety regulations, medicinal products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the pharmacy. However, for non-medicinal items like cosmetics or food supplements, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been handed over to the courier service.
Are the products sold online the same as those in physical pharmacies?
Yes, all products in our webshop are sourced from the same certified pharmaceutical supply chain as our physical stores, ensuring the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
Do I need a prescription to order online?
Our webshop only sells non-prescription (OTC) medications, vitamins, and healthcare products. Prescription-only medicines can only be dispensed in person at our physical pharmacy locations.
